Chapter 22 Begins on Devine Street

On Thursday, October 22, Devine Street glowed. Between the ribbon cutting with the City of Columbia celebrating Diana Shelton-Flanary as POUT’s sole owner, the clink of champagne, and a room full of familiar faces, Chapter 22 began exactly the way we hoped: together.
