Our innovative water-based shadow formula features intense pigmentation with a whipped texture and cooling feel. It has a uniformly shimmery finish that creates a wash of spirited, sparkling color. Souffle can be layered for a higher-intensity look or worn on top of our Artistique Eyeshadow to add a glimmering effect.

Buildable, fast-drying, non-creasing, removes easily. 

Tips

To apply: Use a fingertip to tap on then smooth out the bouncy shadow. Allow the formula to dry before tapping on a second layer.

For best results: To prevent the bouncy formula from drying out, be sure to store at room temperature, avoiding excess heat, and with the lid tightly closed.
