How do I pay for On Location services?

You can call the store in advance to pay with a credit card. You can also have cash/check available during the appointment. 20% gratuity will be added to services when working on location.

Will you travel for just one makeup appointment?

Yes, there is not a minimum or maximum number of appointments for us to travel to you.

How do I book an On Location makeup service?

You can book through our online booking system or call the store to book. If booked online, the artist working with you will reach out directly to get more details about your appointment (i.e. address, makeup look, lashes etc.).

* Travel is included at no additional cost in Richland and Lexington counties (South Carolina). Mileage charge is $1/mile from POUT for venues outside of these areas. Parking, valet and hotel charges will be added to this total if applicable.

* Services on site will incur an additional fee and 20% gratuity will be added to the final total. Please email us at hellogorgeous@shoppout.com for pricing.
